TheEquipment Control Coordinatoris a critical member of the equipment team and is responsible for tracking all trucks and accurately entering data into the AS400 system. They are the expert on the trucks in the yard and assist with movement of trucks depending on business needs. Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a plus

This is the role for YOU
Responsibilities:
- Work with departments to ensure truck issues are solved and recovered.
- Accurately enter information into AS400.
- Track trucks and maintain all reports necessary to communicate with departments across the company.
- Daily auditing of fleet divisions with no discrepancies.
- Maintain daily and accurate inventory of tablets.
- Inspect all trucks for damages and cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a motor carrier operation (Preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish language (Preferred).

Today, Mesilla Valley Transportation is one of the largest locally-owned Truck Load carriers in the U.S. We specialize in time-sensitive service between major manufacturing areas within the U.S., Canada, and Mexico borders.
