Security Operations Specialist SmeMayvin is seeking a detail-oriented, highly experienced Security Operations Specialist SME to provide operational and administrative support for Security Management Services. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating personnel, physical, and information security activities while ensuring compliance with customer and Intelligence Community (IC) security policies. This role supports program management, tracks workflows, and ensures documentation and reporting meet task order requirements, enabling the customer's security mission to be executed efficiently and effectively. As a senior leader, the candidate will also provide direction to more junior team members and support the Program Management Office in ensuring smooth and consistent service delivery throughout the organization. This contract is pending award. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.Responsibilities:Provide operational and administrative support for Security Management ServicesCoordinate personnel, physical, and information security activitiesTrack clearance processing and support personnel security requirementsMaintain accurate security records and documentation in accordance with IC and customer policiesSupport compliance with task order and IC security standardsDevelop and maintain reports to monitor security workflows and performance metricsFacilitate communication between security staff, program management, and government leadershipImplement and maintain operational security processes to ensure efficiency and complianceAssist with special projects or initiatives to enhance security program operationsEnsure day-to-day operations support the customer's security mission and objectivesQualifications:Advanced degree desiredMinimum 10 years of relevant experienceExperience supporting personnel, program, or information security operations in the ICFamiliarity with ICD 704 and IC security policies and proceduresExperience tracking and coordinating clearance processing and security compliance activitiesAbility to manage security documentation, records, and reporting requirementsProfessional certification (CPP, ISP, or similar) preferredCandidates must maintain a professional demeanor and are expected to dress professionally in support of the clientAbout Mayvin: Mayvin is more than a workplace-it's a community built on innovation, inclusion, and impact.
