If building a leading TPA and the prospect of tackling the long-standing challenges of the claims role sounds exciting, we can't wait to meet you.About the RoleAs a Team Lead at Reserv, you will be providing support to a Claims Manager (or Sr. Manager) with leadership and claim technical responsibilities. Leadership responsibilities will include overseeing work done within the real property and auto damage adjusting staff. We want your background and experience to deliver operational effectiveness, particularly in leveraging technology and analytics to drive better efficiencies and performance. You will serve a critical role with the team, the customers, and the client.
