TollFreeForwarding.com seeks a Provisioning Coordinator for fielding internal requests and maintaining our telecommunications database. The Provisioning Coordinator will be responsible for submitting purchase requests and work orders with our telecommunications carriers. This critical role interfaces with customers, internal sales staff, and our external phone carriers—a position ideal for an individual who likes making a big impact in a fast-paced environment where efficiency and accuracy are equally important.
Our new Provisioning Coordinator will learn about a vast array of international carriers and their relevant services. This knowledge base will be crucial to finding timely solutions for internal and external clients. The Provisioning Coordinator works independently yet closely with team members on a variety of recurring and new projects. This is an hourly, full time role with a Monday through Friday work schedule starting at 7 or 8AM.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and prioritize requests from sales department and customers
- Match requests with proper vendor and product solutions
- Perform scheduled orders and cancellations of inventory from vendors
- Process orders, analyze documentation for thoroughness and accuracy, and confirm all required documentation with stakeholders
- Submit and track LNP for local, international, and toll-free numbers to completion by vendor portal or email
- Use various carrier's online systems to process orders and obtain accurate service order completions
- Track orders and follow up with vendors and our sales department
- Handle vendor requests for regulatory and legal documentation
- Complete ad hoc special projects
Desired Background:
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple moving pieces while paying strict attention to detail
- Two plus years of professional document or data management experience
- Customer service experience in B2B and B2C environments
- Strong experience with data entry and data management with high level of attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft applications (especially Excel)
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability
- Superb organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Telecommunication experience valued but not required
- Sales Force experience valued but not required
