  • Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to define system functionalities and user needs.
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement optimized workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce redundancies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive cost savings and increase productivity.
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of WMS/TMS solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of WMS/TMS systems.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Architect with a focus on WMS/TMS systems.
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in BRD development and documentation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the freight forwarding industry.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard WMS/TMS systems.
  • Certifications in business analysis or process improvement.
