As we expand our footprint across Europe, we're looking for a driven and independent Business Development Manager to help us accelerate growth and strengthen our market presence.The Opportunity: As our Industrial Market Manager for Europe, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business across the region. You'll take ownership of developing new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and growing our market share in key industries. This is an ideal role for a self-motivated professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on sales execution in a dynamic, growing organization.Main responsibilities:Develop and implement a regional business development strategy focused on general industries like OEMs, steel, water, general, and chemical industries in Europe.Identify and win new business opportunities with EPCs, OEMs, distributors, and end-users.Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, process contractors, and strategic partners. Which will include Frame agreements and similar.Provide full support and training to the sales team and distributors.Collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide technical and commercial solutions.Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences to raise brand visibility and generate leads.Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide business strategy and identify new growth areas.Manage the sales pipeline, prepare accurate forecasts, and report progress to management.Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring market feedback informs product development and service quality.Support the sales team in identifying, penetrating, and growing key accounts that will translate into growth in sales revenueRequirements:Degree in Mechanical, Process, or Industrial Engineering, or a commercial discipline with a strong technical understanding.At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the industrial pump, fluid handling, or process equipment industries.A clear understanding of the ISO / ANSI / DIN specifications.Proven track record in developing business in renewable energy, water, general industries or chemical sectors.Strong technical and commercial acumen, with the ability to communicate value at all levels of an organization.Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, plus additional European languages.Willingness to travel frequently across Europe (approximately 50%).
