Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst IVThis individual contributor is primarily responsible for conducting and interpreting complex financial assessment and modeling, leading internal audit processes, conducting and reviewing strategic financial research, and developing reports on region/business unit performance.Essential responsibilities include: practicing self-development and promoting learning in others, completing work assignments and supporting business-specific projects, evaluating complex business environments, leading internal audit processes, creating budgets and forecasts, advising on strategic fiscal matters, conducting financial modeling, assessing the business vision, objectives, and strategic initiatives, completing costing activities, evaluating performance/operations/financial state, reporting region/business unit financial information, supporting field operations, conducting financial statement analysis of business partners, and improving financial performance.Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field and a minimum of six years of financial planning & analysis experience, or directly related business experience. Additional equivalent work experience in a directly related field may be substituted for the degree requirement.
