The Director of GTM Analytics is a strategic, high-visibility leader responsible for driving data-informed decision-making across Amex GBT's global growth engine. This role oversees insights, performance analytics, forecasting, and optimization across Marketing, Sales, and Client Management motions. You will partner closely with leaders in Commercial, Marketing, Revenue Management, Product, Decision Analytics, and Finance to build an integrated view of GTM effectiveness and accelerate revenue growth. This role requires a blend of commercial acuity, marketing science expertise, and deep analytical leadership. It is ideal for someone who can zoom out to set strategy and zoom in to challenge assumptions, interrogate data, and operationalize insights.What You'll Do:GTM Performance Management & InsightsForecasting, Planning & Target SettingAnalytics Strategy & RoadmapAudience Strategy, Targeting & Market InsightsCross-Functional Leadership & CollaborationTeam Leadership & DevelopmentWhat We're Looking For:10+ years in analytics roles spanning Marketing, Sales Ops, Revenue Operations, or Business IntelligenceStrong understanding of GTM concepts: attribution, funnel performance, ROI modeling, segmentation, lifecycle analytics, pipeline and forecastingExperience in travel, SaaS, or subscription-based business models highly preferredPeople leadership within a global environment requiredProven ability to translate analytics into executive-level strategic recommendationsExperience leading analytics functions in a complex global B2B environmentHigh comfort working with large datasets, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and CRM/Marketing Ops systems (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot or similar)Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with predictive modeling, machine learning concepts, and experimentation designBackground in consulting or a senior analytics role supporting C-suite stakeholdersLocation United States The US national base salary range for this position is from $110,600.00 - $205,400.00 The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location. In addition to base salary, the anticipated range of which is posted above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which rewards participants based on company and individual performance and is also eligible for awards under our Equity Incentive Plan.
