Job Title Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Gynecology) Location Waldorf, MD | Brandywine, MD Company Waldorf Women's Care / WWC Gynecology & Aesthetic Reports to Supervising Physician Summary Waldorf Women's Care (WWC), a thriving gynecology practice serving the DC metro area, is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team. You'll work collaboratively with our physicians to provide comprehensive gynecological care to a diverse patient population in a supportive and modern environment. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive well-woman exams and gynecological assessments Diagnose and manage common gynecological conditions Prescribe medications and therapies Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic tests Assist and perform minor procedures Provide patient education and counseling on preventative care, family planning, and women's health issues Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care Qualifications Education: PA: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program NP: Master's degree in Nursing with specialization in Women's Health or related field Licensure & Certification: Current and unrestricted license as a PA or NP in Maryland and Virginia (or eligibility for licensure) National certification as a PA-C or relevant NP certification Experience: Prior experience in women's health or gynecology is preferred but not required Skills: Excellent clinical skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Commitment to patient-centered care Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Generous vacation and paid time off Comprehensive health insurance benefits 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution Continuing education opportunities and professional development support Collaborative and supportive work environment Why WWC Reputable practice with a strong patient base Convenient locations serving the greater DC area Focus on work-life balance with flexible scheduling Opportunity to make a real difference in women's lives Apply To We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity in our workplace
