Our client, a well-established, employee-focused multidisciplinary engineering firm, is seeking a Project Manager – Water Resources Engineering. Location is flexible, with preference for candidates licensed in South Carolina. The successful candidate will help lead and grow water resources services supporting public and private sector clients.Typical Duties Include:Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentLead stormwater master planning, watershed studies, drainage design, and 1D/2D H&H modelingDevelop proposals, scopes, fees, schedules, and budgetsCoordinate with clients, agencies, contractors, and multidisciplinary internal teamsPrepare and review reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimatesManage FEMA LOMR/LOMA efforts and capital improvement projectsProvide technical oversight and mentorshipMonitor project scope, schedules, and feesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldPE license required (SC preferred)8+ years of water resources experienceHydrologic/hydraulic modeling and stormwater management experienceGreen infrastructure and erosion & sediment control experienceContract document preparation experienceSkills:Working knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, and H&H softwareStrong communication, organizational, and time-management skillsClient-focused, self-starter, and team playerPreferred Skills:Southeast regional experienceExperience with ICPR4, HEC-RAS, XPSWMM, Autodesk SSAWater quality or TMDL study experienceBenefits:Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceCondensed work scheduleCompetitive bonus structureRetirement plansGenerous PTO and holidaysTuition reimbursement and in-house trainingSalary Range:$120,000 – $140,000 (DOE)
