Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent at Developers GC. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily construction operations, managing project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Superintendent will also be responsible for monitoring project budgets and quality control.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in construction project management
  • Knowledge of construction technologies and methodologies
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
  • Experience in managing subcontractors and suppliers
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience with commercial and public works projects is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
