This role is central to supporting clinical evidence dissemination, facilitating medical education, and engaging with healthcare professionals in scientific exchange. The ideal candidate will have a solid clinical or biomedical background, excellent academic communication skills, and the ability to represent the company at scientific conferences and clinical forums.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical & Scientific Support (50%)Act as the primary clinical resource for internal teams and external clinical customers (hospitals, medical centers), providing medically accurate and timely product information.Develop and review clinical and technical documentation, including training materials, clinical summaries, and scientific slide decks.Support the development and execution of clinical education strategies aimed at physicians, clinical staff, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).Gather and synthesize clinical insights and user feedback to inform product support and medical messaging.Academic & Medical Engagement (40%)Represent Haier Medical at key national and international academic conferences (e.g., ASTRO, neurosurgery congresses), managing scientific booths, organizing satellite symposia, and engaging with attendees.Assist in the planning and delivery of medical education events, including physician training programs, webinars, and hospital in-services.Conduct ongoing medical intelligence gatheringtracking clinical publications, competitor clinical data, and treatment trends in radiosurgery, neurosurgery, and oncology.Prepare and present clinical and product presentations to healthcare professionals with a high degree of scientific accuracy.Cross-functional & Operational Support (10%)Collaborate with the U.S. and global teams to ensure alignment of medical strategies and messaging.Maintain clinical support records, manage medical literature, and ensure compliance in all scientific communications.QualificationsMandatory Requirements:Location: Must reside in or near Memphis, Tennessee, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote/in-office environment.Education: Bachelors degree in a clinical or life science field (e.g., Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Medicine). Advanced degree (e.g., MSN, MPH, PhD) is a strong plus.Experience: 2+ years of experience in a clinical, medical affairs, or clinical support role within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry. Experience in neurosurgery, oncology, or radiosurgery is highly desirable.Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to discuss scientific content with healthcare professionals.
