Marketing CoordinatorBR+A Consulting Engineers maintains a total staff of over 500 employees located at our main office in Boston and branch offices in New York City, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Vienna, VA (Washington, DC); Coral Gables, FL (Miami); Chicago, IL; St. Louis, MO; Tampa, FL; Charlotte, NC; Charleston, SC; Houston, TX; New Haven, CT; Los Angeles, CA; and Toronto. BR+A provides state-of-the-art integrated and coordinated mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection consulting engineering, technology systems design, sustainability consulting, lighting design, and building commissioning services.BR+A is seeking an inspired Marketing Coordinator to join our talented team in our Boston headquarters. The Marketing Coordinator will provide marketing support as needed as well as assist with writing and layout support for proposals, interviews, graphic displays, and slide presentations. Candidates need a technical understanding of the proposal production process in a service environment. This position's duties include:Perform administrative duties to support the marketing team;Assist with writing and maintaining project profiles, team resumes, and client references for current and past projects to be used in proposals;Assist with maintaining client database and perform correspondence duties as needed;Help to maintain online marketing library to include; photography, videos, awards, and other marketing materials;Maintain accurate, current database(s) for marketing mailings;Coordinate displays for industry trade shows;Attend meetings and take minutes when requestedUpdate project descriptions and files in Vision Database;Prepare proposals including printing, cutting, binding, etc;Assist with public relations, copywriting, customer follow-up and other events;Support maintenance of company brand standards and quality control procedures;Participate in professional organizations, as appropriate.Perform other tasks as needed.Position Requirements:Bachelors degree in Communications or Marketing;1+ years of experience;Excellent writing and proofreading skills;Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written;Excellent computer skills, particularly with the Adobe CS suite (especially InDesign);Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment;Strong attention to detail;Excellent prioritization and time management skills;Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously;Ability to follow through on assigned tasks with limited supervision;A strong spirit of teamwork.BR+A is a place to learn, to grow, to work hard for clients that matter and to be part of something bigger.
