Commercial Relationship Specialist-Francise Finance & HealthcareAt UMB Bank, the Commercial Relationship Specialist provides a highly skilled level of support to Relationship Managers and clients within Commercial Banking while maintaining and supporting the development of relationships with customers and internal partners. Primary responsibilities include assisting Relationship Manager(s) by performing daily support activities related to client relationships, acting as point of contact for Commercial Banking clients for all servicing requests related to client relationship, managing post-closing requirements, working closely with Treasury Management team, maintaining client records for both loan and deposit accounts, providing professional and courteous customer service, facilitating loan payoffs, collateral release requests, assisting with Analysis Refund requests, facilitating no-pin wires, assisting with transfers, handling customer overdraft communication and decisioning, and providing and assisting with Loan and Deposit Account information/documentation.Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and three years general banking experience or a Bachelor's degree and two years banking or client support experience.
