  • Manage and resolve any issues or delays that arise on-site, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure all work meets the high standards of quality expected for high-end retail and restaurant projects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and inspection records.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all site personnel.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing their concerns and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in high-end retail and restaurant construction projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and construction scheduling.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within Florida and work on-site for extended periods.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
