What will you do?
• Develop production plan based on production line capacity and customer priority.
• Monitor and ensure production executes according to plan.
• Analyze issues of production not being able to execute according to plan and communicate the issue to the right function for resolution.
• Analyze material allocation within production and Distribution Center demand and request for re-allocation if necessary, to maximize production output.
• Identify critical material shortages and collaborate with Replenishment team, Transport team and Warehouse Inbound team to discuss solutions.
• Communicate with customers based on their expectations and delivery schedule. This may include request for expediting delivery dates, modification, or cancellation of order.
• Communicate customer special requirements to production team.
• Prepare status and performance reports.
• Track late delivery to internal customers and backlog activity

What qualifications will make you successful?
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required. Equivalent experience and skills can be substituted for education
• 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management in a manufacturing setting
• Proficient with using computers and advanced knowledge with applications (access, excel)
• Proficient in SAP or other ERP systems is preferred
• Effective communication, facilitation, and strong negotiation skills in English
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to plan and organize effectively and strong decision-making skills
• Strong relationship and collaborative management skills
• Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
