Retail Sales Specialist - AppliancesAs a Retail Sales Specialist in our appliances department, you'll engage with customers to learn their needs, provide excellent service, perform product demos and make helpful recommendations. We'll provide the training you need to become an expert on kitchen and laundry appliances, including specifications, features and benefits.What You'll DoEngage with customers in the appliances department to support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth and achieve sales goalsStay informed about the latest technology trends and products through continuous learning and professional developmentHandle customer inquiries, complaints and returns professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experiencePrioritize activities based on urgency and importance, set realistic deadlines and use tools and techniques to manage time effectivelyMaintain department merchandising and readiness to serve customersTrain other sales floor personnel on how to be successful in the departmentBasic Qualifications1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service or related fieldsPreferred Qualifications1 year of experience selling in premium products, luxury brands and/or custom design environments1 year of experience in customer relationship management (CRM)What's In It For You We're committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
