Our versatile project teams work on a broad range of complex re-clad design build, commercial, multifamily and high-rise projects reflecting the unique needs of each project. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Entry Level Estimator at Exteriors Design Contractors, Inc in Portland, OR. The Estimator will be responsible for creating project take offs, materials type lists, working with suppliers on getting materials pricing and preparing projects costs and estimates, collaborating with project managers and suppliers, analyzing project specifications, and ensuring accurate and timely estimates.
Qualifications
- Experience in project cost estimation and preparation of estimates and proposals
- Knowledge of Weather Barriers and various Siding systems, Sheet metal
- Ability to analyze project specifications and requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient in Bluebeam or other take off software.
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Associate Degree in Construction Management
