Location: Charlotte, NC - 3 days onsite per week

The team operates in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, focusing on optimizing business processes through cutting-edge IT solutions. With a strong emphasis on agility and efficiency, the team has successfully implemented numerous high-impact projects, continuously driving the company’s growth and success.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Lead collaboration with key stakeholders to understand business processes and needs.
- Analyze application data to enhance efficiency, productivity, and IT resource functionality.
Quality Assurance:
- Assist developers in unit testing deliverables.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing with business partners to ensure quality and functionality.
Agile Practices:
- Participate in agile scrum routines such as backlog grooming, User Story mapping, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Technical Support:
- Provide level 2 support for all technology solutions in the assigned application portfolio.
- Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with business partners and IT teammates to resolve issues and incidents.
Data Analysis:
- Understand and analyze data sources.
- Provide data mappings for Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes to drive business intelligence strategies through reporting.
ARE YOU A SENIOR IT BUSINESS ANALYST ROCK STAR?
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years).
- 5 to 7 years of work experience in IT solution implementations.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with SQL.
- Knowledge of functional designs, process flows, and designing solution options to solve business problems.
Personal Qualities:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to build positive, trusting relationships with business customers.
- Self-directed, proactive, and able to prioritize/execute work independently.
- Effective communicator, willing to constructively challenge and actively listen.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Business degree.
