Primary Responsibilities:
- Review and ensure integrity of company financials.
- Report actuals and forecast as well as consolidations and analysis.
- Conduct and review compilation and distribution of reports to corporate and management team. Incentive calculations and review as well.
- Roadmap and market segment reporting as well as preparing monthly operations meeting package.
- Responsible for SOX compliance, as well as compliance with lease reporting standards and revenue recognition.
- Monitor, analyze and report on inventory valuation, production and various other costs.
- Review and analyze financial reports for all divisions and identify potential cost reductions.
- Work closely with various departments to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and deliver top-notch outcomes.
- Comfort with international travel required.
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 7+ years of hands-on, related work experience
- Proven experience in manufacturing industry
- Strong track record of commitment and success in previous roles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are a must
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
