Position Overview: We are looking for a Production Technician with strong mechanical and electrical skills to join our client s team. This role involves following technical diagrams interpreting engineering specifications and ensuring smooth operations on the production line. The ideal candidate will have a handson approach the ability to follow detailed instructions and a strong mechanical aptitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Mechanical Operations: Demonstrate mechanical skills by following diagrams reading operations manuals and interpreting sketches to support production line functions.
Instruction and Specification Adherence: Read and follow manufacturer s instructions and engineering specifications to ensure accuracy in production processes.
Electrical Support: Utilize an electrical background to support production equipment operations as needed ensuring safety and efficiency.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
Skills:
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to follow detailed diagrams and technical drawings.
- Ability to read and understand operations manuals and sketches.
- Basic electrical skills with a background in handling electrical components preferred.

Familiarity with aluminum, steel, or paper rolling is highly preferred.
Education
