Tracks and provides supplier performance feedback to ensure Oracle standards are achieved. Creates and implements supply chain initiatives and improvements to drive efficiencies and best practices. Develops constructive stakeholder relationships which involve direct interaction with different Oracle lines of business and Oracle networking suppliers. Influences product selection with stakeholders based on continuity of supply, cost, and technology. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, negotiations, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Job duties are varied and complex; independent judgment needed. May have project lead role. Prefer 10+ years relevant experience and BA/BS degree.This role will have led commercial responsibility for network switch and security products such as cameras, badge readers, as well as other products used in the protection of Oracle services. It will involve quoting, negotiating, contracting, awarding, and managing the network switch and security products from inventory procurement through product deliveries to end destinations. This will require excellent leadership, collaboration, and analytical skills. Learning agility and strategic sourcing skills are critical for success in this role, as the successful candidate will be expected to manage moderate to high complexity supply chain optimization projects that many cases will involve collaboration with product management, finance, legal, trade compliance, engineering, and procurement team members.
