Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established manufacturing client of ours in the Apex area recruit for an EHS Coordinator. This is a contract opportunity, working on 1st shift, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, including root cause analysis
  • Maintain safety records and documentation
  • Provide safety training to employees on topics such as CPR, first aid, and OSHA regulations
  • Monitor compliance with EPA regulations
  • Collaborate with management to address safety concerns
  • Fabricate reports on safety metrics and incidents

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of workers’ compensation laws and regulations
  • Strong report writing skills
  • Experience in training development
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis
