  • 5-7 years of .Net Fullstack Development
  • Proficient with React framework and .Net/.Netcore
  • Experience with Azure platforms and services (on-prem)
  • Experience taking old codes from VB .Net or .Net frameworks to .Netcore
  • Proficient in Kubernetes containerization
  • Agile methodology experience
  • Cloud native with AWS knowledge
  • Knowledge of frontend but focus on backend
  • Strong communication and collaboration
  • Experience working through a digital transformation (i.e. user stories may be half complete – looking for someone who can be a go-getter)
  • Experience coaching teams to a new strategy
