Our client, a renowned entertainment company, is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join their team for a 9-month on-site contract in Lake Buena Vista, FL. Join our team to support our application development and support teams in creating innovative solutions for our Supply Chain and Logistics teams.


  • Please note: This is a W-2 contract position and we cannot accept any C2C employment.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform daily maintenance, administration, and updates of software platforms.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues through Managed Service partners.
  • Manage vendor relationships for COTS software support and direct managed service partners in working with those vendors.
  • Collaborate with Business and Technology teams on system challenges and new projects.
  • Ensure IT Security standards are met and update leadership on security activities.
  • Support testing of new and upgraded infrastructure, products, and services.
  • Handle documentation, communication, and monitoring of technical issues.
  • Produce status reports and gather metrics on incident resolution.



Required Qualifications:


  • 3-7 years of experience in Service Delivery Management or Application Support.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Basic web technology management (domain registration, certificate management, 3rd party hosting, encryption key management).
  • Knowledge of technical architecture and application systems design.
  • Strong IT Security knowledge.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP, VMWare).
  • Proven troubleshooting experience.
  • Understanding of supply chain and logistics systems is preferred
  • Knowledge of network connectivity and mobile computing platforms is a plus
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar tools is preferred
  • Familiarity with:
  • Java and .Net
  • SOA, Java/J2EE, XML, ProC, Pearl, HTML, PHP, JSP, open source,
  • GIT, HP ALM, UC4, Version One
  • Middleware familiarity with Websphere/Weblogic/Apache TomCat , MQ
  • Application Server, Rules Engine, and Oracle programming methodologies
  • Working knowledge of both Oracle and Microsoft SQLServer Db’s
  • Enterprise operating systems ( Windows, Unix and Linux)
