HVAC / Facilities Specialist

Position Responsibilities 

  • Maintain electrical lighting, HVAC and generator systems.

  • Perform routine maintenance and work on minor building, painting and alteration projects.

  • Adjust, maintain and repair exterior and interior doors and locks.

  • Inspect and test fire protection systems.

  • Maintain plumbing fixtures and repair restroom facilities.

  • Install and reconfigure office workstations and repair furniture and woodwork.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 3 to 5 years of maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC or carpentry.

  • Commercial HVAC experience a strong plus.

  • Skilled in troubleshooting and completing projects in a timely manner.

  • Ability to lift and / or move up to 70 lbs.

  • A valid driver's license.

  • Occasional travel to Uline's Corporate office and / or Branch Sales offices.
