We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Semiconductor Test Engineer to work with our client’s team on a full-time contract basis. This role will involve developing and implementing advanced test solutions using C++ on Linux.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our Burlington-based team to test end-of-line semiconductor chips using C++.
  • Design, implement, and validate comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure semiconductor products meet high-quality standards and reliability.
  • Utilize object-oriented programming principles, memory management techniques, and advanced debugging skills in a Linux development environment.
  • Perform detailed validation and verification of system-level designs, ensuring strict adherence to industry standards and specifications.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with low-level C++ programming.
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of configuration management tools, particularly GIT.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware testing and debugging.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute test plans for semiconductor devices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and precision.


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with advanced testing methodologies and tools for semiconductor devices.
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong background in electrical engineering principles and practices.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving technologies and methodologies.
