We are committed to making a meaningful impact in the field of immigration law, with a primary focus on family immigration, removal defense, affirmative applications with USCIS, and consular processing.


Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit high-quality petitions and applications for defensive filings before courtand other relevant agencies.

• Conduct and manage interviews before USCIS and Courts, ensuring thorough preparation and client representation.

• Take full ownership of assigned cases, managing tasks and deadlines effectively and efficiently.

• Communicate proactively with clients regarding case progress, procedural issues, and overall immigration processes.

• Delegate tasks to Paralegals and Legal Assistants, reviewing their work to maintain high standards.

• Provide comprehensive immigration services, including family immigration, deportation defense, asylum applications, and more.

• Conduct client consultations and maintain a professional online presence, building connections with referral sources.


Qualifications:

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in immigration law, with a strong background in family immigration and removal defense.

• Attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, maintaining composure and meeting fast-approaching deadlines.

• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently on collaborative projects.

• Superior oral and written communication skills, coupled with a professional attitude and demeanor.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
