Shift Manager (Overnight: 10/11pm - 7am)Responsibilities:- Oversee food production and ensure high-quality standards are met- Manage banquet operations and coordinate with event planners to ensure successful events- Assist the manager in daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff supervision- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant or catering facility- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials- Train and mentor new employees to ensure they meet company standardsQualifications:- Previous experience in food production, banquet, or hotel management is preferred- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and bartending skills is a plus- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
