Shift: 12-Hour Nights (7 PM–7 AM)

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for full-time candidates with 2 years of experience

Responsibilities:

  • Quickly and accurately assess patient care needs
  • Diagnose and develop treatment plans collaboratively with doctors and staff
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously, continually prioritizing needs
  • Emergency Department Overview
  • Patient Population: Transplant, Advanced Head and neck, Cardiac, Trauma, Oncology, Pediatric, and Geriatric
  • Patient Ratios: 1:4 in main ED, 1:3 in trauma
  • Number of Beds: 36
  • Daily Volumes: 140–160 patients
  • Special Services: ECMO, LVAD, Chest Pain, Stroke Center, Level III Trauma Center, Emergency Medicine Residency Program, Tele-Psych capabilities, Active Unit Based Council


Requirements:

  • Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
  • minimum of 1 year of RN Emergency Department experience
  • RN: Registered Nurse license
  • BLS: Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire)
