IT Solutions Architect - On Site - Trumbull

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect and Integrator to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our IT infrastructure across six offices.

Technical Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of virtualization technologies like VMware and cloud solutions like SaaS.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Suite administration and Citrix upgrades.
  • Expertise in cloud-based document management systems.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 migrations, audits, and automation.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex IT issues.

Security Focus:

  • Solid understanding of security best practices and the ability to implement administrative and technical controls.

Adaptability and Teamwork:

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the complete IT infrastructure for six offices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve VMware-related issues.
  • Provide exceptional technical support to end-users.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize and improve the Azure environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the IT team to achieve organizational goals.
