Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the Assembly Wealth Management Group team to provide the
highest standard of service to a diverse clientele analyzing client needs,
opportunities and solutions.
• Maintain client contact, track changes, update financial plan and CRM
accordingly.
• Schedule, prepare for and participate alongside Lead Advisor in client meetings.
• Onboard clients at Charles Schwab, maintain detailed notes and records in the
CRM, and ensure the completion of tasks.
• Research and document rollover compliance for retirement accounts.
• Assist with portfolio management and trading tasks.
• Liaise effectively with clients' attorneys and tax advisors as needed.
• Actively participate in community and educational events in Mill Valley and
coordinate team follow-ups and scheduling.
Qualifications:
• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, accounting,
finance, economics, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in
investment management and/or financial advisory services with a proven
attention to detail and a desire for growth.
• Professional Designation: Willingness to pursue CFP designation and a path of
increased responsibility.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with financial planning, CRM, and portfolio
management tools. Familiarity with MoneyGuidePro and Salesforce is preferred.
• Local Presence: Ability to attend events locally in Mill Valley, CA.

Benefits:
• Primarily remote work with periodic in-office commitments.
• Hours are 8 am to 4 pm PT Monday through Thursday and 8 am to 2:30 pm PT on
Fridays. Early closure the day before market holidays.
