Job Title: State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)

Sycamorespring is a leading healthcare provider, and we are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as State Tested Nursing Assistants. As a STNA, you will be the foundation of great nursing care, working closely with licensed therapists, nurses, and caregivers to provide exceptional care and quality service.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with the elderly, strong documentation skills, and experience with electronic medical records. We offer a competitive salary range of $17.00 to $21.50 per hour, plus shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance with daily hygiene activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help residents with positioning, turning, and transportation
  • Respond to resident calls in a timely manner
  • Observe, report, and respond to changes in resident conditions
  • Document care in electronic medical records
  • Attend required in-services and educational events
  • Assist residents with daily meals

Requirements:

  • Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in good standing
  • Strong documentation skills, experience with Point Click Care (PCC) a plus
  • Solid work history with excellent attendance and punctuality
  • A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
  • Patience, understanding, and compassion for those requiring our care
