Clinical Operations Training SpecialistDonorConnect is seeking a full-time Clinical Operations Training Specialist. The Clinical Operations Training Specialist I (COTS I) is responsible for collaborating within the Learning and Organizational Development (LOD) department, department managers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design DonorConnect clinical training and development materials. This includes clinical instruction and development programs in alignment with training program strategic initiatives. The COTS I will actively research, creatively design, and implement effective methods to educate, enhance, and improve clinical employee performance and retention. The COTS I demonstrates expertise in LOD systems, established adult learning principles, DonorConnect educational methods and standards, in addition to compliance with regulatory requirements.
