Enterprise Capture Solution Lead

Key Role:

Support complex and technical bids, including identifying and comprehending clients‘ requirements and buying patterns, developing complex technical solution options, and delivering client impact through a winning bid. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts throughout the business development life cycle. Ensure the solution design and architecture will score strengths and resonate with clients. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions for high-priority technically complex captures and proposals. Leverage business development and functional expertise to build addressable market and increasedanalytical development work in emerging markets. Communicate effectively with capture team, senior leadership, and other stakeholders. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with multi-discipline solutioning for Government clients in analytics, big data, cybersecurity, engineering, predictive analytics, C4ISR, or AI/ML
  • Experience with the direct management of complex solutions and development capture efforts for defensecommunity and government clients in excess of $250M
  • Experiencein developing complex technical solutions for very large captures
  • Experience briefing senior executives and Government clients
  • Ability to demonstrate strong leadership throughout the capture process for internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor‘s degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partners
  • Ability to show expertise in the business development life cycle and solution selling methodologies
  • Ability to communicate multi-step and interdependent activities effectively to capture teams and ensure efficient execution of captured efforts
  • Master‘s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual‘s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen‘s total compensation package for employees.
