Project Planning Manager / Analyst

This team is responsible for executing retail store merchandise resets/remodels, including the ordering of signage, fixtures, and other materials needed to change the look and feel of store showrooms, aisles, etc.This role is a mix of data entry, scheduling, researching, inventory management, data analysis, customer management, problem solving, and process improvement.


This is a 12 month contract (potential to extend or convert to perm).


This role is hybrid. Work in-office Mon-Thu & remotely on Fri.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gathering and collecting information from field store partners for project creation
  • Auditing project readiness in internal system (internal, web-based)
  • Working as a liaison between the field and cross functional partners to meet all toll gates
  • Analyzing Excel data and formatting it in various ways for tracking orders
  • Placing labor, outbound, and direct to store orders
  • Assisting field partners with scheduling and managing one-off issues
  • Managing post reset implementations


REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of professional experience a PM or Project Analyst (NOT LOOKING FOR IT PROJECTS)
  • Intermediate Excel skills - VLOOKUPS, SUMIFs Pivot Tables, Macros - daily use
  • Ability to tell a story with data
  • Experience assisting in coordinating a project from start to finish (full lifecycle)
  • Experience interacting with cross-functional partners
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
