1st Shift | 8 AM - 5 PM | $25 per hour
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of accounting experience.
- Proficient in accounting software like QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
- A strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail-skills, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong organizational, time management, and effective communication skills for successful collaboration.
Staff Accountant Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain financial statements, assist with month-end and year-end closings, and reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, support budget preparation, and assist in audits by providing documentation. Process accounts payable and receivable, file tax returns, analyze financial data for trends, and collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for our employees.
