HVAC Service TechnicianSwan of Loveland is now hiring a Level 1 HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, basic diagnostics, and light repairs on residential HVAC systems. You'll work directly with homeowners, identify system issues, and recommend repair or replacement optionswhile delivering a top-tier service experience.This role is a stepping stone to Level 2 Service Tech, with clear advancement opportunities in residential HVAC service and sales.Responsibilities:Perform HVAC system tune-ups and maintenanceDiagnose minor issues and perform light repairsCommunicate system status and next steps to homeownersRecommend repair or replacement solutions when neededFollow all safety protocols and document work completedRequirements:2+ years' experience in residential HVAC service and/or salesEPA Certification (Type I or II minimum)Must have own HVAC tools and a valid driver's licenseStrong communication and customer service skillsAble to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoorsBenefits:Competitive pay + commissions and bonusesHealth, dental, and vision insurance (Spouse/family plans too)Competitive retirement plan - 401(k) with company matchWork/Life balancePTO and paid holidaysCareer growth to Level 2 Tech with advanced training providedMotivating team-based company culturePay Range: $80,000 - $150,000 USDAbout SWAN:Our team of master plumbing, heating and air conditioning technicians are dedicated to providing professional quality plumbing and HVAC services to residents and families throughout Loveland, CO and surrounding areas.
