Responsibilities
- Assess patients' conditions and vital signs
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patients' progress and update medical records
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
- Participate in the evaluation of nursing care quality and patient outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in nursing practices and participate in professional development
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Current BLS certification
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records and other relevant healthcare software
Benefits
Assignment location: Rhode Island
Job Title:T- RN/RN
Length of assignment: 8-14 weeks
Pay rate: $1,820 weekly @40 hours
Stipend: Up to $800/weekly
Sign on Bonus: paid one time on 2nd or 3rd paycheck
License Required: RN Compact License
Required: BLS Certificate
Housing Assistant: Provided
Requirements: Every other weekend
