You will work in a 10-bed critical care environment focused on neurology. Responsibilities include managing ischemic thrombectomy and TPA cases. You will also handle hemorrhagic cases such as ventriculostomies and emergent evacs. Participation in neurosurgeries including tumor resections and brain/spine abscess management is expected. Support for neuro-medical cases such as meningitis, encephalitis, and neuro-muscular disorders will also be involved. The unit is the only neuro critical care program in the region. Additionally, you will be working in an 18-bed ICU with a diverse patient population, including surgical, trauma, and sepsis patients.
