The Dietary Aide will be responsible for assisting with meal preparation, serving meals to residents, and ensuring that dietary needs are met. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities: Assist with meal preparation according to dietary guidelines Serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner Ensure that residents' dietary needs are met and special requests are accommodated Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a dietary aide or food service role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team environment Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines Must be available afternoons, weekends and holidays
