Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events and activities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement event marketing strategies
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, and equipment setup
  • Assist in creating promotional materials, including signage, flyers, and digital content
  • Engage with event attendees and provide excellent customer service
  • Conduct market research and gather feedback to identify trends and insights
  • Assist in tracking event performance metrics and preparing post-event reports
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities related to event promotions
  • Support the team in managing event budgets, expenses, and timelines
