Project ManagerWe are seeking a highly organized and driven Project Manager to lead complex projects at AirBorn, a Molex Company in our aerospace and defense solutions division (ADS). In this role, you'll be responsible for driving critical programs from concept through delivery, ensuring precision, compliance, and alignment with strategic goals.You will be part of a collaborative and solutions-focused engineering team that plays a vital role in bringing advanced technologies to life. We work closely with cross-functional partners in manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to ensure successful project outcomes.What You Will DoLead cross-functional teams to execute high-stakes aerospace and defense projects on time and within scopeChampion risk management, budget control, and milestone tracking for projects in a highly regulated environmentFacilitate collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and external partnersEnsure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelinesDrive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project performance and outcomesAct as the customer facing representative and liaison between our technical teamProvide any necessary support to ensure the technical team can meet objectivesWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or other technical fieldsBroad working knowledge across multiple engineering disciplinesStrong knowledge basis of manufacturing techniques, processes, and capabilities (Knowledge on electronics manufacturing, machining, heat treatment, various materials, quality inspection, plating, coatings, and others preferred)5+ years of project management experience in a technical or manufacturing environmentDemonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projectsStrong communication and organizational skillsProficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar)Ability to work in an extremely fast paced and demanding environmentBe a forward leaning, self-starterEmphasizes owning positive outcomesWhat Will Put You AheadExperience in aerospace or defense manufacturingProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationFamiliarity with defense industry regulations and standards (e.g., ITAR, AS9100)Background in electronics or systems engineeringExperience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar methodologiesAt Koch, employees are empowered to do what they do best to make life better.
