Mobile Product Designer (iOS Android)

We are seeking a talented Product Designer (Mobile) to elevate the user experience and visual
design of our mobile apps for Android and iOS catering to government enterprise and consumer
markets. Your work will directly shape our brand identity while creating intuitive engaging products.
Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to deliver results.

Drive demo success with government and enterprise customers boosting our sales pipeline.
Exceed industry benchmarks for consumer onboarding accelerating growth.
Collaborate with UX researchers to enhance usability and user engagement.
De ne key metrics and drive improvements to elevate user retention and app ratings.
Create a cohesive design language with reusable components that align with our brand.
Shorten design iteration cycles for faster mobile development.
Design and prototype innovative app features using the latest trends.

Design Expertise: Proven knowledge of mobile design best practices.
User Research: Ability to interpret research and apply it to design.
ProblemSolver: Innovative solutions to design challenges.
Communication: Clear articulation of design ideas.
Collaboration: Effective teamwork with crossfunctional partners.

Key Skills:

Quali cations:
5 years in mobile design for both iOS and Android with a focus on minimizing engineering
Collaborative team player across Product Marketing and Engineering.
Strong understanding of usercentered design principles.
Pro ciency in Figma or similar tools.
Adaptable to changing requirements and feedback.
Experience with interactive prototyping and agile methodologies.
Prior experience with user research and startup environments.
