We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and energetic, and that emphasizes client satisfaction, experience, and retention. 


Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess their cosmetic goals, medical history, and suitability for treatments.
  • Perform cosmetic procedures in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
  • Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and desired outcomes.
  • Ensure the highest standards of safety and infection control are maintained throughout all procedures.
  • Perform skin examinations and order/interpret laboratory tests.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements in aesthetic medicine, and best practices to continually enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members to deliver seamless and comprehensive patient care.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients on pre- and post-procedure care, as well as potential side effects and expected results.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including treatment notes, consent forms, and patient profiles.
  • Uphold the practice’s commitment to excellence in customer service, professionalism, and ethical conduct always.


Qualifications

  • At least two years of clinical dermatology, cosmetic services and treatments
  • Excellent customer service skills and bedside manner
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Well organized, efficient, and able to operate in a busy work environment.
  • Team oriented
  • Operates in a transparent manner with integrity.
  • Willingness to succeed and grow individually as well as part of a team.

 

What is required for you to Apply?

  • Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program.
  • Must have RN licensure in MD or a compact party state and be board certified by either ANCC or AANP.
  • Current NP license for Maryland
  • 2+ year of experience in dermatology and cosmetic procedures
  • Current NPI Number


Job Type: Full-time

Day/Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30am-4:00pm. 1 Saturday per quarter.
