You'll assist with lease agreement renewals, support the sales process, and help ensure our customers receive the best service possible. This position is designed to prepare you for future leadership opportunities within the company, all while gaining hands-on experience and valuable skills that can shape a rewarding career.The DetailsWhat You Need:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsSolid organizational and time management abilitiesA customer-first mindset with strong service orientationAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced team environmentBasic computer proficiencyWhat You'll Do:Assist customers with lease agreement renewals and paymentsResell the benefits of timely renewals and maintain positive relationships with customersSupport the sales team in daily operations and the customer experienceHelp process deliveries and returns as directed by managementClean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance CenterMaintain accurate customer information in the store systemSafely operate company vehicles to deliver or retrieve merchandiseLoad, secure, and protect product during transportComplete vehicle maintenance and route documentationPerform responsibilities of Customer Accounts Manager and Sales roles as directedAdditional Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent preferredValid state Driver's License and compliance with DOT requirements (U.S.)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with a dolly (training provided)Neatly groomed and professional appearanceFlexible schedule with availability between 8 am to 9 pmAaron's Total RewardsOur team members are our greatest asset. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
