Project CoordinatorAdecco is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for a Project Coordinator in Dublin, CA. This is a full-time temporary position, primarily operating remote. Applicants must be located within the San Francisco Bay Area. Project Coordinator jobs require candidates to have excellent communication, organization, and must have accuracy and quality of work skills in a high-volume corporate environment. Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator include but are not limited to:Project management and coordination from start to finish.Working closely with vendors to coordinate store remodels/refreshes, and other projects.Hold vendors accountable through written and verbal communications.Lead conference calls between store team and vendors.Invoicing and coding of purchase orders in Ariba.Apply problem solving and critical thinking skills to identify root cause of failed issue/prototype.Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for a Project Coordinator:College Degree preferred1-2 years of project coordination/management (construction, retail, or related industries preferred)Experience with vendor managementExperienced with SmartsheetMust demonstrate independent decision-making abilitiesMust possess strong time management and communication skillsFamiliarity with MS Outlook, Excel and Word softwareWhat's in this for you?Starting Pay at $30/hr based on experienceWeekly Pay you receive a paycheck every weekGenerous Bonus Incentives offered for referralsPay Details: $30.00 to $33.00 per hour.
