Responsibilities:Manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss reports to ensure accurate reporting.Oversee month-end close and year-end closePerform bank and credit card reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.Monitor cash flow and accounts aging, providing actionable recommendations to optimize financial operations.Process and file sales tax, business tax, and other regulatory returns in a timely manner.Collaborate with management and external auditors during month-end and year-end closings.Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial dataIdentify and implement improvements to streamline accounting processes.Organize and maintain detailed financial records and supporting documentation.Experience:Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting and/or finance.Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.Strong organizational and communication skills.Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field preferred.Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
