Project is responsible for developing the key technologies and capabilities - such as EV platforms, batteries, e-motors, inverters, charging and recycling - to create ground-up breakthrough electric vehicles. By supporting the best software, engineering, design and UX talent, you will be a part of creating new technologies and concepts that can be applied across the company enterprise. Supporting the Project team means building the future as the Company's center of innovation and growth through electric and connected vehicles and services. Position Description:

We are looking for an innovative, passionate, and highly motivated, Talent Specialist to help deliver an amazing candidate experience. This person will partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and interviewers to ensure a seamless hiring process. If you're hungry to learn and eager to take on this exciting role, we want to hear from you This opportunity has a lot of room for growth and has the potential to lead you to other positions within the Recruiting Team.

Skills Required:

1+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role

Self-motivated and driven, look for solutions and impact without being asked twice.

Be curious and look to dig deeper beyond the surface level of a job profile.

Prefer experience in researching market trends and domain technology and seeking out information to have a solid understanding of the business.

Should ask for feedback and want to grow and develop in your career.

Problem solver: you think through problems and come up with innovative solutions and deliver them against tight deadlines.

Experience Required:

4+ years of overall work experience

Experience working with applicant tracking systems.

Education Required:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
