Job PostingJob Location: TX-El Paso AC - El Paso, TXPosition Type: Part Time with Benefits 20 or MoreEducation Level: Some High SchoolTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: DayJob Category: PropertyEnd Date: 08/08/2025About This OpportunitySchedule/Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30 to 3:00 (Part Time position - 29 hours weekly)This position is responsible for: Performs a variety of grounds keeping work in order to maintain the health and beautification of grounds at El Paso Salvation Army; mows and edges grass, trims trees/shrubs, blows leaves and debris from sidewalks.Inspects grounds regularly to detect needed repairs or unsafe conditions.Ensures water systems are properly operating at all facilities and sprinkler systems.Assists in performing custodial and maintenance work as needed.Physical Requirements:Ability to meet attendance requirements.Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language effectively.Ability to perform strenuous, heavy work involving the lifting and carrying of heavy objects.Ability to perform continuous walking, stooping, standing, and some climbing.Duties require frequent periods of physical mobility including but not limited to standing, walking, climbing, stooping, squatting, and lifting.
